Et ainsi contrer une crise du retail qui n\u2019en finit plus. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Le format centre commercial est celui qui a le plus souffert de la crise Covid et de la disparition des enseignes, notamment dans le pr\u00eat-\u00e0-porter<\/em>, rel\u00e8ve Vincent Chabault, professeur de sociologie \u00e0 l\u2019universit\u00e9 Gustave Eiffel, sp\u00e9cialiste du commerce. <em>Cela se traduit par un taux de vacance commercial \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 16%, mais cela reste une moyenne, certains affichent un taux \u00e0 3%, d\u2019autres \u00e0 25%.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb En haut du panier, quelques grandes locomotives tels Parly 2, pr\u00e8s de Versailles, ou Cap 3000, \u00e0 Saint-Laurent du Var, dans le Sud, dont l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 se mesure \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle r\u00e9gionale. Il y a aussi les centres commerciaux de centre-ville, plus tol\u00e9r\u00e9s que leurs homologues p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques, dont l\u2019usage \u00e9volue et s\u2019int\u00e8gre d\u00e9sormais dans le quotidien des consommateurs.
