Comment prendre la bonne d\u00e9cision quant au fait de rester ou de partir ? \u00c0 l\u2019ensemble de ces questions, souvent intimes et propres \u00e0 chacun, Anthony Klotz, professeur de comportement organisationnel \u00e0 l\u2019UCL School of Management \u00e0 Londres, apporte un \u00e9clairage scientifique dans son ouvrage <i>Jolted: Why We Quit, When to Stay, and Why It Matters<\/i> (2025, Viking, non traduit). L\u2019auteur met en lumi\u00e8re la mani\u00e8re dont un simple \u00e9v\u00e9nement parfois banal se transforme en &#8220;secousse&#8221; et modifie notre rapport au travail. Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 nous pousser \u00e0 claquer la porte. Et \u00e0 le regretter ? Bien plus fr\u00e9quemment qu\u2019on ne l\u2019imagine, explique-t-il dans un entretien \u00e0 L&#8217;Express.
