Il s&#8217;agit du premier depuis la fin des caisses uniques au profit d&#8217;un nouveau r\u00e9gime de caisses am\u00e9nag\u00e9es qui permet de dissocier les lucratifs revenus commerciaux (boutiques, restaurants, h\u00f4tels&#8230;) des revenus a\u00e9ronautiques moins rentables (redevances aux compagnies a\u00e9riennes, activit\u00e9s en escale&#8230;).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"\">\n<p>Cette r\u00e9forme,<a href=\"https:\/\/latribune.fr\/entreprises-finance\/services\/transport-logistique\/regulation-clement-beaune-met-fin-a-la-caisse-unique-pour-les-grands-aeroports-francais-984085.html\" target=\"_blank\" article-id=\"227927926004614\"> initi\u00e9e en 2023 sous le ministre des Transports, Cl\u00e9ment Beaune<\/a>, permet aux a\u00e9roports de conserver\u00a0une partie des profits\u00a0commerciaux dans leurs comptes, afin d&#8217;am\u00e9liorer leur rentabilit\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00e9toffer leur offre de boutiques et restaurants, mais aussi g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un apport aux compagnies a\u00e9riennes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div id=\"\">\n<p>L&#8217;a\u00e9roport toulousain entend profiter de cette r\u00e9forme pour engager un choc de comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 avec une baisse tarifaire de -7,2 % en moyenne en 2026 puis une inflation mod\u00e9r\u00e9e de 1,75 % en 2027 et 2028, et de 1 % pour 2029 et 2030. A titre de comparaison, ADP a vu son action chuter en Bourse en d\u00e9cembre dernier apr\u00e8s le rejet, par l&#8217;Autorit\u00e9 de r\u00e9gulation des transports, d&#8217;une augmentation de 1,5\u00a0% des tarifs des a\u00e9roports parisiens.
